Running any successful business is complicated. Running a successful nonprofit can be even more complex.

Let’s keep it simple.

I work with you to define, discern, and articulate your mission. Then we can tailor your programs, fundraising, administrative systems, and governance structure to pursue that clear mission. By structuring and adapting your systems coherently and holistically in service of your mission, you and the organization’s leaders can remain mission-focused and mission-centered in your daily efforts, and prepared to capitalize on opportunities or respond to challenges.

If every action ties coherently back to your mission, you’ll never have to manage extraneous systems or complexities.

Together, we can align the mission with the governance model, the org chart, the program assortment, and the development plan so they they integrate seamlessly into a coherent whole.
